Site work, paving and new construction of a fire / police facility in Anmore, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,300-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and 5,750-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The Project includes the complete design, permitting, demolition, construction, commissioning and warranty period services for the replacement of two (2) fire halls: i) Anmore Fire Hall and ii) Belcarra Fire Hall. Presently, it is anticipated that the functional requirements for the Project will include the following new facilities: FACILITY 1 - ANMORE FIRE HALL Approximate Building Area: 12,300 square feet The facility upgrades are anticipated to include the following: three (3) drive-through apparatus bays; administrative offices; Emergency Operations Centre; training room; firefighter lounge; kitchen; dormitory rooms; locker rooms; fitness room; SCBA maintenance area; gear storage; workshop; mechanical and electrical rooms; public entrance; public meeting room; generator; exterior training areas; parking; and site works FACILITY 2 - BELCARRA FIRE HALL Approximate Building Area: 5,750 square feet The facility upgrades are anticipated to include the following: Three apparatus bays; administrative offices; training room; Emergency Operations Centre; kitchen; lounge; dormitory rooms; fitness area; locker room; workshop; SCBA room; mechanical room; electrical room; generator; parking; and site improvements.
