Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and golf course.
This project will replace the existing bridge at Hole 15 of Veenker Golf Course. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new, Pre-Engineered Steel Truss Recreational trail bridge and connecting cart paths. The new bridge will be located just south of the existing bridge. The existing bridge and portions of the cart path will be removed in their entirety. Substantial completion: 220 days (Approximately June 4, 2027) Final Completion: 280 Days (Approximately August 3, 2027) Question Deadline 10/06/2026 Questions regarding the scope of work should be directed to the Design Professional.
