Sanitary sewer line replacement including mobilization, traffic control, bypass pumping, installation of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer line, manhole connections, service taps, flowable fill backfill, rock stabilization, native grass seeding, and video inspection of sewer mains. Mobilization and demobilization Develop and operate cut permits together with a traffic control plan Provide bypass pumping throughout the project where needed and required Installation of 1,190 lineal feet (LF) of 8" SDR 35 polyvinylchloride (PVC) sanitary sewage collection system gravity main replacements with tracer wire Installation of 8 EA connections from new 8" sanitary sewage collection system gravity main to existing manhole with coring, non-shrink grout, and flexible boot Installation of 95 LF of 6-inches of fiber reinforced concrete all around the new sanitary sewer main Installation of 6 each (EA) 8" x 4" service line to connect to existing sanitary sewer services. This work includes the appropriate wyes, bends, fittings, 8 lineal feet of 4" SDR 35 PVC pipe, tracer wire, test box, and connection to the existing line with a Fernco Strongback coupling Installation of 1 EA 8" x 4" service line wyes to extend out and terminate 8 LF away from the sewer main with a watertight cap. This work includes the appropriate wyes, bends, fittings, 8 lineal feet of 4" SDR 35 PVC pipe, tracer wire, test box, and watertight cap Installation of 60 LF of additional 4" SDR 35 PVC service line material over and above the 8 LF required for service reconnection Installation of 259 LF 2" to 4" stabilization rock underneath the Class "B" bedding with Mirafi 140N filter fabric between the rock and bedding Installation of 0.2 AC of non-irrigated grass seeding on all disturbed areas Video inspection and report of all new 8" sanitary sewer main pipe directly after installation Video of video inspection and report of all new 8" sanitary sewer main pipe one (1 ) year after installation Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to raise the ring and cover assembly of existing manholes AG- 10, AG-11 , and AG-12 to the appropriate elevation relative to finish grade Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Corrections, revisions or clarifications shall be made by written addendum. Such addenda shall become a part of the Contract Documents and shall be binding as if incorporated and bound therein.
