Renovation of a medical facility in Tonopah, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Removal and replacement of three existing split HVAC systems. Scope of Work Equipment Match Requirement. All three (3) replacement HVAC systems shall be the same system and shall be equal to and compatible with the four (4) remaining HVAC units currently installed and in service at the project site. The bidder shall inspect and verify the existing on-site units and field conditions before finalizing equipment selection Recover and properly dispose of all existing refrigerant in accordance with applicable regulations. Remove and properly dispose of the existing indoor and outdoor equipment for three (3) split HVAC systems. Furnish and install three (3) new outdoor condensing/heat-pump units, compatible indoor evaporator coils and furnaces/air-handling equipment, as applicable. Furnish and install new refrigerant line sets for all three systems. Evacuate and vacuum each new system to manufacturer specifications and leak-test all refrigerant lines and connections before startup. Inspect electrical wiring and circuit breakers and replace or modify them as required for the new equipment. Test and commission each system to verify proper heating, cooling, airflow, controls, and overall operation. Provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, freight, transportation, disposal , permits, and other items necessary for a complete and operational installation. Complete all work in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes and standards.
