Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to fabricate and deliver a new steel East Connector Bridge for the Ensley Engineer Yard East Connector Bridge project, including incidental related work. The bridge consists of two East Connector Bridge spans (waterside and landside), a middle support float, a middle support fixed base, and associated parts shipped loose. Work includes fabrication of all bridge components and delivery to the project site by water. Upon arrival, the East Connector Bridge shall be stored on government-specified barges at the Ensley Engineer Yard. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 410 calendar days after the date of receipt by him of notice to proceed.
