The Camarillo center is seeking proposals to remove the existing CCTV security system and supply and install a new upgraded system Throughout the CCC Camarillo Center. Question Deadline 10/02/2026 at 4:00 PM PT Questions to be emailed at: BidQuestions@ccc.ca.gov Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform installation of a comprehensive CCTV security system (see example equipment in Attachment A) to include: High-definition camera resolutions. No less than 30 FPS (frames per second) video quality. Al driven analytics (person, vehicle detection) Motion activated event recording. Minimum of thirty (30) days video retention. The Contractor shall install, mount and setup the supplied CCTV camera equipment as indicated in Attachment B. Equipment Count: One (1) Network Video Recorder Thirty (30) 8MP Bullet Cameras Twenty-Eight (28) 4MP Dome Cameras Contractor will provide, install, mount and set up Laptop/keyboard/mouse/monitor(s) for CCTV camera view station. Contractor will utilize/reuse existing conduits and cable if/when applicable. Contractor must ensure that the CCTV system(s) are configured to the required specifications for optimal recording. All camera(s) locations must be clearly labeled and display correct date and times on DVR. Cameras will be grouped by interior/exterior locations for easier viewing. Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions applicable to this Agreement. CCC will provide conduit to pole for Corpsmember parking lot. CCC will provide and install POE switches. The Contractor must perform all services as specified within this Scope of Work and adhere to all applicable equipment manufacturer requirements. Contractor will provide a minimum (10) year lease license for all system software requirements. Contractor must provide training for staff and any other office staff determined by the center Director on how to use the system, including searching and reviewing footage, system reboots, and video backup at no additional cost to the project. All equipment manuals must be left with onsite staff and the Project Manager. (2) copies General: Contractor must work in a manner to allow safe passing routes through/around work site for corpsmembers and staff. Working schedule will occur during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m Monday through Friday) unless otherwise approved by authorized CCC personnel. Any/all equipment specified is an example and may be substituted with "equal to or better than". Substitution requests must be accompanied with a technical comparison sheet and analysis reflecting an "equal to or better than substitution. Equipment must be EnergyStar rated where/when applicable Contractor must provide all tools, labor, materials, and permits to properly and entirely complete repair and/or installation. Any penetrations in walls, roof(s), ceilings, and floors must be properly sealed per applicable code(s) and watertight. Contractor is responsible for freight, offloading, and any crane services if needed. Contractor will remove and dispose of old equipment and all waste, debris, and rubbish resulting from the project. DO NOT dispose of volatile waste such as mineral spirits, oil, paint, etc. in storm or sanitary drains. Contractor will deliver, assemble, set equipment in place, and tie in , add or modify all electrical connections as required. Contractor must take reasonable steps to minimize dust and debris, and cleanup worksite at days end. Contractor must provide suitable wall covering to conceal openings if wall cannot be closed on the same day it is demoed. Contractor must work in a professional and timely manner. All work performed must adhere to Cal OSHA safety standards Contractor must provide warranty on all labor Services provided must be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, codes, and requirements, and in conjunction with obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, certifications, and registrations.
