Include all labor, supervision, equipment, freight, rigging, materials, permits, inspections, and disposal for the following work: Coordinate shutdown with district staff and the pool operator. Isolate and lock out electrical, gas, and water services; drain only as needed and protect the facility against flooding. Disconnect, remove, and legally dispose of the existing heater and heater pump/bypass components being replaced. Include temporary disassembly and complete restoration of the 6-inch pool piping needed for equipment access , including new seals and supports as required. Install the new heater, heater pump, and bypass assembly. Modify and reconnect water inlet/outlet piping and gas piping; provide needed isolation, service connections, supports, and protection. Provide compliant flue and combustion-air connections . Verify that any existing sections proposed for reuse are suitable for the new appliance and in acceptable condition. Include necessary venting changes and condensate management if the selected equipment requires them. _ Complete electrical connections, grounding, heater controls, and interlocks required for safe operation. Restore existing operating functions. Identify any separate optional building automation enhancement; required heater controls and safety interlocks must remain in the base price. Protect adjacent equipment and occupied spaces, repair damage caused by the work, remove debris, and leave the room clean and accessible for maintenance.
