Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), Performance Bond required (unspecified amount). Q And A Close 10/13/2026 10:00 AM CST The County's Project Manager will interpret and decide matters concerning performance under, and requirements of, the contract documents on written request of contractor. The County's Project Manager response to such requests will be made in writing within any time limits agreed upon or, otherwise, with reasonable promptness . If no agreement is made concerning the time within which interpretations required of the County's Project Manager, then delay must not be recognized or adjusted in the Construction Schedule on account of failure by the County's Project Manager to furnish such interpretation until fifteen (15) days after written request is made for them .
