Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor. This is for the construction of a covered salt storage dome off Ziglar Road in Winston-Salem, NC and the related site improvements needed. Work includes clearing, minor demolition and well abandonment; grading; storm drainage; erosion control; concrete and asphalt paving; site landscaping; chainlink fences and gates; and electrical service for the salt dome.
