Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The project includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary for the following : 1. CCTV System Replacement Remove the existing analogue CCTV system, including cameras, cabling, DVRs, and associated equipment. Install a new IP-based Video Management System (VMS). Replace existing cameras and add new cameras to address surveillance gaps. 2. Turnstile Access Control System Construct a new double-interlocking pedestrian turnstile at the secure perimeter adjacent to the guard house (ME30A). Integrate the turnstile with a new electronic access control system. 3. ME30 Building Access Control Upgrade Upgrade access control at the ME30 entrance vestibule. Add card readers, door contacts, and integration with the existing door operator. 4. Civil and Structural Work Demolish existing concrete, fencing, and site features. Construct new reinforced concrete stairways, heated concrete slabs, and walkways connecting the turnstile area to the guard house and ME30. 5. Electrical Work Provide power distribution for the turnstile, access control system, CCTV equipment, and associated security devices. Modify existing electrical panels and circuits as required.
