Reference Number NB-2637054.000 Construction of a new open-sided octagonal timber gazebo including site preparation, clearing and grubbing, excavation, levelling, crushed rock fill, cast-in-place concrete footings, reinforced concrete slab-on-grade with insulation and dampproofing, hemlock timber frame, plank roof decking, roofing, galvanized steel connection hardware, and restoration of all disturbed areas. A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Champdor must accompany each tender. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).
