The project includes, but is not limited to, the following bid items: 22 lead water service line replacements. The Work shall be constructed in accordance with the Lead Water Service Replacements dated September 2026. Excavation, installation, connections, backfilling, and related work necessary to complete each water service replacement. Coordination with residents/property owners as necessary to perform the work. Restoration of all areas disturbed by construction, including pavement, sidewalks, landscaping, lawns, driveways, and other affected areas, as applicable Cleanup and removal of construction-related debris. Coordination and cooperation with the Village throughout construction and inspection activities. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village.
