The Project consists of site and exterior building improvements for The Hub on Smith, 211 Smith Street, Sheridan , Wyoming. Work generally includes demolition of existing pavement, sidewalks, curbs, stairs, ramps, retaining walls, railings, equipment enclosures, landscaping, utilities, and selected exterior wall materials; construction of new concrete parking lots, access drives, sidewalks, curb and gutter, accessible parking areas, raised crosswalks, equipment pads, stairs, and related site features;grading, storm drainage, water, sanitary sewer, grease interceptor, electrical , sitelighting, landscaping, irrigation, signage, and pavement-marking improvements; and phased construction necessary to maintain access and facility operations . Exterior building work includes removal and replacement of selected brick veneer, metal siding, insulation, weather barriers , flashing, and trim; foundation-wall waterproofing and drainage-mat installation; removal and reinstallation of storefront windows, coping, artwork, signage, and interior window finishes; repairs and insulation at existing wall and floor framing; and construction of concrete mechanical pads with an aluminum screen wall and gates. 1 .
