Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Project includes replacing the main electrical disconnect and subfeed disconnect, and replacing and consolidating all existing panelboards to accommodate existing electrical loads and possible future HVAC and lighting upgrades to the building. The existing main and subfeed disconnects shall be replaced with new fused disconnects, and panelboards shall be consolidated into two new 225A, 54-space panelboards. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
