Macon County will inform winning bidder when work can begin onsite. Option 1 New paved parking area approximately 29,000 sq.ft., marked onsite by flags (see attached map). Provide 6 inch of stone base, provide 2 inch of asphalt binder, and provide 1.5-2inch of asphalt top course. Provide Geo-grid in areas that are currently grass. Note some minor grading should be included in bid. Stripe parking spaces. Include one van handicap assessable space and unloading zone. Install new Handicap accessible sign (see attached) in correct location. Install concrete wheel stops at all parking spaces. Option 2 New paved parking area approximately 20,000 sq.ft., marked onsite by flags (see attached map). Provide 6 inch of stone base, provide 2 inch of asphalt binder, and provide 1.5-2inch of asphalt top course. o Provide Geo-grid in areas that are currently grass.
