Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project involves the awarded General Contractor to provide comprehensive management, oversight, and coordination of the relocation of two existing portable classrooms from North Perth Westfield Elementary School to Brookside Public School. At North-Perth Westfield E.S. the scope of work involves the following: - Removal and disposal of the deck to extents indicated; - Reinstatement of the stairs to the end of the deck to remain and modifications to suit grades; - Disconnection of electrical services; - Removal of the portables; and, - Reinstatement of the landscaping as indicated. At Brookside P.S. the scope of work involved the following: - Delivery of the portables; - Prep grades and landscaping to accept the new portables; - Land the portables complete with required structural foundations and anchorage; - Construct new landings, stairs and ramps as indicated; and, - Connect electrical service. Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of $21,000.00 (Twenty-One Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender.
