Renovation of a municipal facility in Malibu, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project will involve the following tasks: Remove all existing roofing down to roof decking, including flashing and mastic around vents, curbs, penetrations, and parapet walls, etc.... o Remove scupper drains and inspect drainpipes internal to the walls of station. Replace scupper drains and pipes as necessary with new PVC drainpipe. o Inspect roof decking and repair as necessary. o Install insulation, vapor barrier, overlay board, and three-ply base sheet and cap sheet SBS roofing system or equal. Install new flashing throughout to include caps on parapet walls, penetrations, HVAC curbing. Install new pressure treated wood sleepers for conduits and required equipment. All flashing to be prefinished. oReseal all ducting for HVAC and roof equipment. Repair paint drywall/stucco for drainpipe replacement.
