The City of Malibu is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services for Malibu City Hall and five City park facilities. The custodial services include cleaning, washing, emptying trash, and other services necessary to maintain and secure facilities in operational condition. Services will be implemented according to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal cleaning and maintenance schedules. The selected firm will also assist with preventive and miscellaneous maintenance work by promptly reporting broken, malfunctioning, or vandalized equipment, fixtures, or structures. A completed fee sheet proposal for the project based on the proposed scope of work should be submitted in a labeled, sealed envelope with the completed proposal. Firms must provide three bound copies and one digital copy of the complete proposal. Digital proposals may be submitted via email or saved and submitted on a flash drive. If submitting through email, the file size should not exceed 40MB.
