Construction of an approximately 4,329 SF maintenance facility to include a new single-story wood framed structure, with parking & outdoor storage . The new building will include an equipment storage/work area , with adjacent restrooms, an office and break room. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Should a bidder find discrepancies, ambiguities, and/or omissions from Documents, or be in doubt of their meaning, bidder shall at once, and in any event not later than Thursday, September 30, 2026, at 4:00 pm, notify the Owner by completing the Request for Clarification form who will include a written response to all bidders via addendum. All RFCs shall be sent to Holland Construction Services, Ethan Foster, efoster@hollandcs.com. Oral communication shall not be binding.
