The Town of Capon Bridge, Hampshire County, West Virginia, is soliciting statements of qualifications from professional firms to provide general , on-call professional engineering services, on an as-needed basis, for the Towns water, wastewater, stormwater, street, structural , and related civil-engineering needs - together with preliminary engineering reports, design and bidding documents, evaluation of bids, construction inspection, and such other general professional engineering services as the Town may require.
