Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in New Roads, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

Work to be performed under this Project shall include but is not necessarily limited to the following: furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for new water mains, fire hydrants, valves, fittings, connections, water meters and associated appurtenances, service lines, service line re-connections, abandonment of existing water mains/service lines & associated appurtenances. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, and other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the work. He shall obtain and pay for all applicable required permits. He shall perform and complete the work in the manner best calculated to promote rapid construction consistent with safety of life and property and to the satisfaction of the Engineer, and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall clean up the work and maintain it during and after construction, until accepted, and shall do all work and pay all costs incidental thereto .
