Remove and dispose of the existing raised planter, retaining walls, railway tie structures and associated foundations; salvage healthy shrubs for replanting; design, supply and install a replacement planter and retaining wall system; reinforce structure for stability and longevity; backfill soil and restore landscaping; repair damaged asphalt and ensure proper interface between structure and pavement.
