Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a 2,736-square-foot municipal facility.

Removal and replacement of approximately 2,736 square feet of commercial flooring, including demolition, concrete surface preparation, patching, moisture mitigation, self-leveling underlayment, installation of new LVT flooring, wall base, and transition strips. Complete removal and lawful disposal of all existing floor coverings and underlying Question Deadline 10/07/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions concerning this bid are due in writing via email by to the attention of Greg Parret at greg.parret@highpointnc.gov adhesive residues across the designated 2,736 sq . ft. commercial office area. b. Mechanical preparation of the concrete slab via shot blasting. Deep patching and structural repair of missing concrete voids prior to moisture treatment. d. Installation of a complete, warranted UZIN moisture mitigation and self-leveling system. e. Installation of glue-down luxury vinyl plank flooring and approved pressure-sensitive adhesives. f. Installation of rubber cove wall base around the perimeter of all designated wall surfaces. g. Installation of rubber transition edge reducer molding strips at all designated floor material thresholds.
