Demolition and removal of the former Schwamb property. SCOPE OF SERVICE General A. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment required for the completion of the project. B. Demolition and cleanup must be done in accordance with Federal Law, Minnesota State Statutes, MPCA rules and Dakota County Ordinances. C. Erosion and sediment control BMPs shall be installed before the start of any demolition activities and maintained until restoration is completed. D.
