Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. The successful Bidder (Contractor) shall complete all Work under the Contract within thirty (30) Working Days from the Notice to Proceed The work to be done consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to update the Emergency Operations Center equipment in the City of La Verne. All labor, material , equipment, supplies, services, traffic control signs, barricades, delineators, and flagmen and appurtenant work necessary for the satisfactory completion of the proposed work is considered to be included in the unit prices of the Bid Items.
