Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 30,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the construction of a 69,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.
The project involves the design and construction of a new 69,000 GSF academic building to replace the existing 30,000 GSF Husky Hall. The new structure will be three to four stories high and include classrooms, technology-enabled instruction areas, student engagement spaces, a multipurpose hall, and faculty/staff offices.
