This project shall consist of: Installation of a multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of SR 99 and S 373rd Street and concrete barrier for access management, roadway grading, stormwater drainage, islands, curb, channelization, signing, landscaping, roadway lighting, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). TIB # 8-1-113(014)-1 The City anticipates awarding this project to the successful bidder and intends to give Notice to Proceed as soon as the Contract and all required documents are executed in full. Regardless of the date of award or Notice to Proceed, the Contractor must complete all work within 170 WORKING DAYS. Question Deadline 10/19/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Any questions must be directed to JOHN COLE, CIVIL ENGINEER, by email at JOHN.COLE@ FEDERALWAY WA.GOV, by letter addressed to same.
