The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed electrical contractors for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, and related services necessary to demolish and replace a non-compliant electrical meter base at its Emergency Housing Apartments located at Plot No. 154 (formerly 133-1), Estate Profit, St. Croix. The work includes utility coordination, installation of a new code compliant meter panel serving four (4) apartments and one (1) house meter, system testing, and final energization in accordance with applicable electrical codes and local utility requirements.
