Construction of Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) VIPA Contract No.: VIPA-ITB(STTJ)-2026-18 Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the construction of the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Station at Cyril E. King Airport, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing ARFF station and the new construction of the proposed ARFF station, to be awarded under a general contract covering all trades. Bids must be submitted electronically via web-based bidding management software. Bid security must accompany each bid in the stipulated form and amount. Bids may not be withdrawn for 120 days after opening, and the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Prospective prime bidders are required to attend a mandatory virtual prebid meeting. A site walkthrough meeting will be held after the prebid meeting, with attendees required to register and provide identification and work authorization documents for security clearance.
