Demolition, site work and new construction of an office development in Charlotte Ama, Virgin Islands. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development.

The Virgin Islands Public Broadcasting System, also known as “WTJX,” is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed firms to provide Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) services for a recovery project in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The complete scope of services is detailed in Exhibit A – Scope of Services in the CMAR Agreement. Respondents must address all components of the Request for Proposal. Proposals should be prepared using the information provided in the RFP and must comply with all specified conditions. WTJX reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof and to accept the proposal most advantageous to WTJX, considering price and other factors.
