PROJECT DESCRIPTION The permittee is authorized to construct a 1,943 sqft public dock for Eddie Vickers City Park. The dock will consist of a 6 ft by 232 ft access pier leading to a 225 square foot terminal platform, a 4 ft by 28 ft gangway, and a 12 ft by 18 ft floating dock for launching kayaks. The project is located within the Matanzas River, a Class III Florida Waterbody. Authorized activities are depicted on the attached exhibits. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
