The District plans to construct the Work, which is a new educational facility referred to as "Temperance Elementary," located on a District-owned site at approximately 1345 S Temperance Avenue, on the west side of Temperance Avenue approximately 700 feet north of Church Avenue, currently in unincorporated Fresno County, California, and pending annexation into the City of Fresno. The District is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Work. The Scope of Work is the construction of a new Elementary School on an approximately 17.79 - acre District-owned site located on the west side of S Temperance Avenue, approximately 700 feet north of Church Avenue, in Fresno County, California. The Project will include approximately 61,140 square feet of buildings, including seven (7) single-story wood frame buildings, one (1) CMU central plant building, and related on-site and off-site improvements. Athletic facilities will include concrete basketball courts, turf baseball and softball fields with dugouts, perimeter lighting and a storm retention basin. Project Scope - The work includes a new elementary school campus, consisting of (7) wood framed , slab on grade buildings, (1) concrete masonry unit, slab on grade building, (2) pc play structures, (1) pc play structure shade canopy, (1) pc photovoltaic support structure & related equipment, And related on -site and off-site development Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base proposal and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents. As detailed in the Contract Documents, the successful proposing entity will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Sublease Amount, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Sublease Amount.
