This project also includes replacement/upgrading of underground community utilities and/or connections (water, sewer, electric, gas, telephone/radio); and to demolish and remove A/C paving, concrete, sidewalks, curbs, utilities, trees, etc. New site work includes utilities, grading, paving, curbs, walkways, gutters, drainage, irrigation, site lighting, site fencing, and all associated appurtenances. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. License: Contractors' State License Classification required to bid Project is B. Refer to Document 00 22 00, Supplementary Instructions to Bidders, Subparagraph 2.1.3 regarding performance of work of a Fire Protection specialty contractor license classification C-16.
