From S of Sr 66 to N of Sr 66 and From E of Sr 25 (Us 27) to E of Floral Dr The improvements under this contract consist of reconstruction of an intersection with concrete pavement, milling and resurfacing, drainage, curb and gutter, signalization, lighting and signing and pavement markings on SR 25 (US 27) from South of SR 66 to North of SR 66 and SR 700 (US 98) from East of SR 25 (US 27) to East of Floral Drive in Highlands County. Total Roadway Length: 5.442 Miles Total Bridge Length: 0.000 Miles Total Proposal Length: 5.442 Miles Contractors must have a current certificate of qualification in accordance with Florida Statute 337.14(1) and Rule Chapter 14-22, Florida Administrative Code, on the date of the letting to bid on construction projects over $250,000.00 as established by the Departments budget.
