Resurfacing of designated parking lot and roadway sections including surface preparation, milling, asphalt installation, compaction, and concrete work at the stores dock area. Elgin Mental Health Center is seeking a Vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the resurfacing of the designated deteriorated parking lot and roadway sections. Work includes surface preparation, milling, asphalt installation, compaction, and final cleanup. Concrete Work must be done at the Stores' Dock Area located 750 South State Street, Elgin, Il 60123. Approximate Work Areas Square Footage: Dietary Parking Lot: 48,500 sq. ft. Dietary Side Road and Parking Area: 32,600 sq. ft. Stores Dock Area: 4,000 sq . ft. Intersection (Middle Road & Soldiers Road): 3,200 sq. ft. Intersection (Soldiers Road & West Road): 3,700 sq. ft.
