Elgin Mental Health Center FY27 Small Purchase of construction of New Entry Wall and Installation of Heavy-Duty Industrial Saloon Doors Elgin Mental Health Center is seeking for a Vendor to construct a new entry wall, modifications to electrical and ceiling systems, relocation of fire system strobe light to the north side of the saloon doors, installation of a reinforced door frame, and installation of a pair of heavy duty industrial saloon style doors. Work must include all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal necessary to deliver a complete and operational installation. *Pre-Bid Desc: Attendance is mandatory. Bids submitted by vendors who do not attend will be considered non-responsive. Vendors are required to submit their itemized quote that details all costs associated with the project, including labor, material ( material list) , and full specifications of the Saloon Door upon submission of the bid. This project must be completed by the Vendor by June 30, 2027.
