The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm to provide structural improvements at the City of Ann Arbor Cobblestone Farm Barn. Work includes installation of new structural beams, columns, and connection hardware; selective demolition and reconstruction of interior walls and finishes to accommodate the new structure; ADA upgrades to the existing restroom; construction of new built-in counters and millwork on the upper floors; restoration and replacement of affected architectural finishes; and minor electrical modifications associated with the renovations. All questions shall be submitted on or before October 9, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (local time), and should be addressed as follows: Scope of Work/Proposal Content questions shall be e-mailed to Chris Elenbaas, Project Manager - chris.elenbaas@ohm-advisors.com RFP Process and Compliance questions shall be e-mailed to Colin Spencer, Buyer - CSpencer@a2gov.org Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a surety licensed and authorized to do business within the State of Michigan, in the amount of 5% of the total of the bid price.
