Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houtzdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the installation of 60 SY of 5" depth concrete sidewalk, concrete pad, and foundation for a gazebo, bituminous pavement for two parking spaces and one handicap parking space, appurtenances, & all related work. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, & labor for the construction as shown & specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Clearfield County, PA. This project is being financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority & in part with local funds. The obligations imposed on the Owner by the funding source shall apply to & be acceptable to the successful bidder. Not less than the minimum salaries & wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project & will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid.
