Design and construction of a bulk storage facility at the WATCO Port of Amory site. This project provides a new bulk storage facility to add storage capacity for materials shipped to Amory, Mississippi for distribution to the surrounding area. The Scope of work includes: Engineering and design of the facility and site including survey, utility, building and civil design Site preparation including clearing, grubbing, and stripping Provide and chemically stabilize subgrade soils Grading for the proposed warehouse including a dock, roadways and parking area including furnishing and placing road base. Design, furnish and install footings, grade beams, floor slab, and walls for the warehouse. o Design, furnish and install a PEMB or FR Fabric warehouse. oDesign, furnish and install dry fire suppression system for warehouse. Furnish and installation of all warehouse utilities including fire water, electrical, comms, and fixtures Coordination with City of Amory for all building permits.
