Main Gate Bollard Installation Contractor to provide and install bollards following the specifications noted within Attachment A. Contractor must include provisions for off hour's work, ( before 7 am or weekends) for any areas which might impede parking or pedestrian traffic. Contractor must erect barriers to prevent students or staff from entering work zone while work is being completed. Contractor responsible for daily clean up, debris disposal , supplying their materials and tools, including any rental costs. All work to be performed in accordance to OSHA guidelines, applicable safety standards, environmental regulations at state and federal level. Before and after pictures must be taken for all repairs made and submitted to the Facilities office for record. Scope of work: STCC has received approval from the City of Springfield to install bollards in front of the brownstone columns at the Main Entrance to prevent future damage. Provide and install : (2 qty) High impact bollard on both sides closest to entrance drive- K4 (SPB-400) (2 qty) Bollard with integrated sign post on both sides closest to the street (C40-S30) Signage provided by STCC. (4 qty) Bollard covers to be provided. See specs attached.
