Project The S21 MassMutual Center Lighting Control System Upgrade will replace and modernize the existing Lutron lighting control system primarily serving the convention center and event spaces within the MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA. The project will include replacement of obsolete lighting control equipment, upgrades to select lighting fixtures and dimming controls, associated electrical and low-voltage infrastructure modifications, and associated firestopping and ceiling restoration. Based on a prior feasibility study, the project will utilize a sole-source Lutron control system retrofit solution to maximize reuse of existing infrastructure and significantly reduce implementation costs compared to a complete system replacement. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 10/21/2026 at 5:00 PM ET
