The contractor to provide the equipment and procedures for protecting workers against asbestos contamination and other workplace hazards. Provide the procedures and equipment required for adequate protection against inhalation of airborne asbestos fibers. Maintain the work areas in a safe, isolated and weather tight condition throughout the asbestos removal period. Completion of Project closeout requirements as noted in the technical section of this specification, include one pdf, complete with copies of information that includes: Michigan worker certificate cards, current certificate of insurance, current contractor license, daily logs, waste disposal forms, original and revised EPA notifications (if applicable), waiver of lien and consent of surety.
