Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Terre Haute, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Playground improvements including select demolition, earthwork, drainage, owner-installed playground equipment, select contractor installed playground equipment, owner-installed surfacing, concrete flatwork, castin-place concrete work, site furnishings, unit pavers, and landscaping. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Question Deadline 10/23/2026 at 1:00 PM ET Architect will review each RFI, determine action required, and respond. Allow seven days for Architect's response for each RFI . RFIs received by Architect after 1:00 p.m. will be considered as received the following working day.
