The City of Terre Haute has developed plans for the development of Turn to the River Phase 3, 17 Harding Ave., Terre Haute, IN 47807. The project site is located in the parking lot situated north of the City Hall Building. It is a grass area bound by parking stalls to the north and south and drive lanes to the east and west. Full construction of the site is being completed in a single bid package. Plans call for the construction of pedestrian walks, plaza areas with seating, a central promenade, shade structures, a synthetic turf mound, lighting, supporting planting beds, other miscellaneous site enhancements, and some utility adjustments. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and specifications, including clean-up and disposal of all materials.
