Question Deadline 10/13/2026 at 10:00 AM CT Any request for clarification or interpretation, correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error in this IFB must be received in writing no later than the date and time identified on the cover. Contractor shall provide all services stated in Project Manual - Attachment C, inclusive of the following Proper excavation to identify & reach top of each well location (12 locations), Pumping out, properly handling & temporary storage of glycol mixture (approximately 460 gallons), Proper disposal of existing glycol liquid mixture (approximately 460 gallons), Grouting the well loops per the plans and specifications, Backfilling the trenches and excavations, Installing topsoil/grass seed and landscaping, Completing and submitting Well/Drillhole/Borehole Filling & Sealing Report Form 3300-005 to the DNR to document that abandonment was performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Geothermal remediation of 12 wells located on the southwest side of Case High School.
