Installation of security systems at Veterans Memorial Stadium and the annex player training facility Question Deadline 10/12/2026 at 11:30 AM CT. Contractor shall furnish and install card access systems, including all necessary locks, strikes, and hardware on the following doors: a) Eleven (11) exterior doors throughout Veterans Memorial Stadium: - Concourse Stairwell Door - Ticket Office - Team Store - Suite Entrance - Visiting Team - Home Coaches - Home Clubhouse - Part-Time Staff - Loading Dock - Groundscrew - Concourse Suite Door b) Five (5) interior doors at Veterans Memorial Stadium: - Press Box - Suite Entrance off 2nd Floor Elevator - Kernels Offices off 2nd Floor Elevator (labeled as Room 215) - Kernels Office North Entrance (labeled as Room 215) - Kernels Office South Entrance (labeled as Room 215) c) Two (2) exterior doors at The Annex. d) Alternate 1: Contractor may provide mobile app services compatible with the existing on-site card access system. 2.2 Contractor shall install the following security systems at Veterans Memorial Stadium entrances: a) Burglary/Alarm System Installation at: - Team Store Entrance - Clubhouse Entrances - Press Box Entrance - Suite Entrance b) Motion Sensors Installation at: - Main Offices' Entry Area - Retail Store 2.3 Contractor shall provide access control systems with applicable licenses, access control cards, and all wireless equipment necessary for system function. The access control system shall be compatible with the existing Alta Cloud camera system. 2.4 Contractor shall provide a phone app to manage alarms and access control. 2.5 Contractor shall provide a quote for 24/7 monitoring of the burglar alarm on an annual basis. 2.6 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete this Scope of Work.
