Replace Kitchen Hood at ImOn Ice Arena Bids will be evaluated promptly after opening. After an award is made, a bid tabulation summary will be sent to all companies who submitted a bid. Bid results will not be given over the telephone or prior to award. Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids; no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter. Question Deadline 10/13/2026 at 12:00 AM CT All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend in order to familiarize themselves with the systems and all conditions that may affect the time or cost of performance. a) Remove and dispose of the existing kitchen exhaust hood, roof-mounted exhaust fan, and all associated grease ductwork. b) Furnish and install one (1 ) new commercial kitchen exhaust hood (9' length) sized to fit the existing kitchen layout. See Specifications image in Section 3.0. c) Furnish and install one new roof-mounted exhaust fan with capacity matched to the new hood. d) Install all required grease ductwork, including duct transitions, connections to existing duct systems, and complete fire-wrap enclosure. e) Install a stainless-steel skirt as required for the new hood assembly. f) Connect electrical controls using the existing electrical service (excluding modifications beyond equipment connections). g) Seal all roof penetrations associated with the new installation. h) Test, verify, and adjust airflow to ensure proper system operation.
