Site work and addition to a municipal facility in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility.
1. Install engineered footings for roof structure 2. Construct 16 x 34 steel roof structure on the west side of the building 3. 26 gauge metal roof system 4. Remove C.M.U. block wall and install engineered steel beam to accommodate a 24 x 16 overhead door. 5. Add electric to door and provide garage door 24 x 16. 6. Pour engineered concrete wall to withstand loading of dumpsters. 7. Owner will absorb all disposal cost on construction. 8. Project completion date is March 1, 2027.
