If the bid is $50,000 or greater, bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the base bid. The OWNER reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who does not pass such investigation to the OWNERs satisfaction.
