Renovation of a military facility in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Selective demolition, renovation, and modernization of one barracks building and associated site work. The project includes renovation of a 40,640-square-foot, three-story permanent construction barracks facility originally built in the 1960s and currently used to house basic training/one station unit training (BT/OSUT) trainees. Work consists of renovating the existing barracks building, constructing an approximately 3,000-square-foot addition, and performing associated site improvements, including fine grading, landscaping, and other site work in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. The design was completed in April 2019 and updated in June 2024 to comply with applicable UFC changes. Location: Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The magnitude of this project is between $20,000,000 and $35,000,000. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price type contract for this project. The anticipated award of this contract will be on or before April 30, 2027, and shall be completed within 540 days. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
